Jazz grades
I finally got a copy of the Trinity/Guildhall jazz grades syllabus. Next step is to read it! And then book a lesson.

Back on track
I spoke with Rachel and agreed with her that I would telephone my old students that she isn’t currently teaching. The exercise was quite fruitful as three of them expressed an interest in having a lesson! I taught the first returnee yesterday and felt pleased with the lesson. I hope she did too!

Eugenia
Had a great rehearsal on Saturday with the addition of Eugenia on congas and percussion. She really lifted the band and added alot to the set. Clive’s 70th Birthday Party
What a great night! Clive had made a supreme effort in preparing for his 70th birthday celebrations including holding down the gazebos in the garden in his pyjamas two nights previously during a gale!
